Ever wonder what the real benefits and risks of coffee enemas are? I did too in the beginning, however, after possibly hundreds of enemas and an incredible amount of research, I now feel so much more confident on the process.

It is not necessary for everyone, but depending on the severity of a person’s issues, a Physician or Naturopath can advise, find a program, and monitor progress. 
  2. Please do not exceed the recommended limit of 1 or 2 coffee enemas daily unless directed by a Physician. Again, coffee enemas are very safe, but I liken them to physical exercise. Excessive amounts of exercise do not offer any further benefit but may begin to have a negative impact on the body.
  3. I encourage beginners to learn as much about coffee enemas as they can. It is crucial to know, however, that there is a lot of misinformation circulating about coffee enemas. There are naysayers and salespeople, and people who honestly just don’t know. My advice is to check sources, find likeminded individuals through support groups and forums, and listen to your gut. No one tells you the truth like others who are in the same boat.
    Practice! There is a learning curve to doing coffee enemas. Although there is a proper way to administer an enema, which I will explain in further detail in a later blog post, not too many of us got it completely right the first time or the tenth time. You will get there and remember to incorporate what works for you.
  4. Don’t look for a quick fix. To make sure you achieve the best possible outcome you must be patient with your body. Constantly strive to improve your eating habits, increase exercise, reduce stress, quit smoking. Coffee Enemas will not make an impact on people committed to an unhealthy lifestyle. 
  5. Stay positive! Don’t feel discouraged if you don’t feel a miraculous change after one coffee enema. Coffee enemas are a truly beneficial practice. Enjoy the natural process and know that every time you do a coffee enema, your body is benefiting.

Conclusion

I am one hundred percent a believer in coffee enemas and would shout it from the rooftops if people still did that sort of thing. Too many times, I have gotten a bewildered look from people when I tell them I do coffee enemas, and I want the perception that coffee enemas are unusual to change.

I feel that for too long, people have relied on and put their trust in a world that treats health as a business leaving them alive but feeling sicker. With all the benefits, questions like why are coffee enemas not more common? Why do many medical professionals still not recommend them? Simple. Coffee enemas are not that profitable.
